SERVIBIT presents professional cybersecurity, Cyber Assurance, compliance, validation, resilience, governance and third-party assurance services. Public content is general information and does not by itself constitute an audit, certification, legal opinion, expert report or Assurance conclusion for a specific organisation.
Users must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security or availability. Unauthorised access, exploitation outside an expressly authorised scope, malicious code, denial of service, abusive automation and circumvention of security controls are prohibited.
Published prices are starting amounts for the standard scope unit described for each product. They are not a global price for any organisation or for an entire group, locations, countries, tenants, systems, services, suppliers or controls. Before contracting, SERVIBIT validates eligibility, complexity, evidence volume, dependencies and scope boundaries. Scenarios exceeding the standard scope require specific sizing and proposal. Contracting is completed through an accepted proposal, order, agreement or equivalent document, whose specific terms prevail in case of conflict.
Any Assurance, validation or assessment conclusion depends on agreed scope, available evidence, limitations and professional criteria. References to NIS2, ENS, ISO 27001 or other frameworks do not imply official certification unless expressly stated and evidenced.
Design, text, graphics, software, photographs, trademarks and other site elements are protected by intellectual and industrial property rules and may not be exploited outside legal exceptions without permission.
SERVIBIT takes reasonable measures to keep the site secure and up to date but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory statutory liabilities remain unaffected.

Potential vulnerabilities must be reported through the Responsible Disclosure channel. That channel is not a blanket authorisation for intrusive testing.
